My Services

Snow-covered landscape with a single tree in the foreground, surrounded by hills and more trees, all covered in snow.

I believe true healing happens when we address the root of suffering—emotionally, biologically, and spiritually—and invite the Holy Spirit into every step of the journey.

How I Serve Differently

Thoughtful Care, Rooted in Faith

I believe healing happens best when care is personal, intentional, and rooted in both wisdom and flexibility. That’s why I keep a small patient panel—so you receive timely appointments, individualized attention, and care that truly meets you where you are.

In our work together, I combine medical knowledge with a holistic lens. I offer clear, compassionate education about psychiatric medications, especially for believers who want to understand how these treatments work and when they may be the most effective option. At the same time, I honor that medication isn’t always the answer.

Depending on your needs, I may incorporate psychotherapy when unhelpful thought patterns are at play, neutraceuticals when nutritional imbalances contribute to symptoms, or alternative treatments for those who prefer non-pharmaceutical routes. You’ll also receive homework assignments tailored to support progress between sessions—because growth doesn’t just happen in the office.

This is more than just symptom management—it’s whole-person care grounded in clinical skill, faith, and respect for your journey.

Whether you're facing trauma, depression, anxiety, or exhaustion from caregiving or ministry, you deserve care that sees you as a whole person. At Transformed Psychiatric Wellness, I offer a personalized and integrative approach that blends faith, evidence-based medicine, and holistic support.

My Treatment Modalities

  •  We explore emotional and behavioral patterns through the lens of Scripture and faith. I incorporate prayer, biblical truth, and spiritual reflection to support your healing process in a way that aligns with your values.

  • When appropriate, I prescribe psychiatric medications to help regulate mood, anxiety, and impulse-related symptoms. I work closely with you to ensure that medication is one part of a larger, thoughtful treatment plan—not the only tool.

  •  I teach skills such as breathwork, progressive muscle relaxation, and grounding techniques—rooted in Scripture and worship practices—to help you calm your nervous system and reconnect with peace.

  •  As a trained marriage and family therapist, I provide counseling that addresses relational struggles, miscommunication, and spiritual disconnection within relationships. Couples and families will find space for grace-filled healing and growth.

  •  A structured, evidence-based approach to identifying and challenging negative thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and behavioral struggles.

  • Focused on emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and building healthier interpersonal relationships—especially helpful for impulsivity, trauma, and mood instability.

  •  Goal-oriented conversations that help you identify strengths, clarify your values, and move toward the future you want to create.

  •  Using God-given natural resources, I offer integrative options such as herbal support, nutraceuticals, and natural mood enhancers when appropriate.

  •  We look at your daily habits—sleep, nutrition, movement, stress—and make sustainable changes that support mental and emotional well-being.

  • We explore your internal biochemistry, including vitamin levels and hormonal balance, and use this information to optimize your mood and energy with targeted supplementation.

  •  When needed, I offer pharmacogenetic testing to guide more precise and personalized medication choices, reducing trial-and-error with prescriptions.

  •  If you’re unsure about medication, I offer education and alternative options. Together, we’ll explore your concerns, beliefs, and preferences, without pressure or judgment.
